Diamond Styli for Helio and Ohio
The diamond stylus is the precision cutting tool that engraves cells into the cylinder surface. Syntek manufactures styli for Helio and Ohio machines in both one-way and multiple configurations.
Applications include flexible packaging, shrink labels, decorative paper and film, wallpaper, flooring, and other interior materials. Syntek also references a newer stylus design that provides longer life than its conventional product while maintaining a clear cell structure until the end of its service life.
Sliding Shoes for Helio and Ohio
The sliding shoe supports and stabilizes the movement of the stylus against the cylinder surface. Stable positioning contributes to consistent engraving and accurate cell formation.
Burr Cutters for Helio and Ohio
The burr cutter removes residual copper from the edges of engraved cells. Clean cell edges help protect print detail and reduce defects caused by remaining burrs.
